If you have a Firewall, or an anti virus package, you may need to configure it so that System Access and the SA Mobile Network can use your internet connection. For example, if you are using Norton software packages, you must disable the virus checking component before System Access will be able to download updates. Additional configuration may be required. Also, if you have a Firewall, you also may need to allow System Access and the SA Mobile Network access to your internet connection. Please remember that Serotek technical support does not provide support for networking, or configuration of the above mentioned products. We can provide a suggestion, or two, however, it is up to you to follow through to successfully configure your system as needed.
