The "My Account" option located in SA Mobile Network Home is the place for all SA Mobile Network account management tasks.
Edit Account Information
You can edit your account information without calling Serotek Customer service. Just select the, "Edit contact Information" link, or the, "Edit credit card information" link. Simply use the form to change your information. You may also select the, "Buy Add-ons" link to buy other offerings, such as Document Scan and NeoSpeech VoiceText.
Set name for outgoing messages
This option allows you to specify a different name than the name that you registered to Serotek with. So for outgoing email and forum messages, put the name that you want to display. A link will be created with your name on it that will take people to your home page.
Rename Machines
tWhen you make a remote connection to either your primary PC, or your secondary PCs, the software names the PCs automatically. If you are not happy with these automatic names, you can rename your PCs here. Just choose the PC that you want to rename, then in the edit box, type in a new name, and press enter, or tab to the rename button. The next time that you remotely connect to one of your PCs, you will see your new name in the list.
Create a PassKey
This option will allow you to create your own PassKey CD. When you access this option, For more information, refer to the section called "Burn Your Own PassKey".
Things to remember about PassKeys
You should think of PassKeys like credit cards. Yes, credit cards are handy. But what happens when you loose a credit card? The lost credit card is voided, and no longer works. A new credit card is then created for your use. This is exactly how the PassKeys work. Also, you can only create three PassKeys between System Access updates. If you must create a second, or third PassKey, remember that the first PassKey will not work. You may only use one PassKey at any given time.
