The following Windows based software is known to introduce some incompatibilities with System Access and the SA Mobile Network. If you have one of these software packages, it is recommended that you switch to a comparable package that isn't on this list. This list will change as new undesirable software is located.
- Total Recorder. This software takes over audio processes within the pc. You may not be able to hear audio correctly, or give voice commands. It is recommended that you remove this software, and use a comparable package.
- Norton Anti virus, and Norton's security suite. These software packages will prevent System Access from obtaining updates. If you continue to use these packages, you will want to periodically deactivate Norton to allow System Access to obtain updates. Alternatively, you may want to consider an alternative Anti virus, and or security solution.
- McAfee security has been known to prevent System Access from accessing the internet, even after instructing the software to allow it.
