Connecting to the System Access Mobile Network for the First Time
The first time you connect to the SA Mobile Network, it will ask you for your account number and your pin number. Your account number is your telephone number including the area code. Serotek assigns you a pin number when you order your software. When you connect to the SA Mobile Network, you should automatically be placed on the account number edit box. If not, you will need to tab to, or shift+tab to the account number edit box. Once you reach this field, type your account number. Important, you do not need to type spaces, dashes, or any other punctuation. Just type your account number as one long string. After you type it, tab to the pin password edit box. Type in your pin, then tap enter. The system will ask if you want Password Manager to remember your account number and pin number for you. Unless you want to reenter these numbers every time you log on, we suggest you tab to the yes button and tap enter.
Now, the next time that you logon to the SA Mobile Network, all that you need to do is tap enter. The SA Mobile Network will provide your account number, as well as your pin number.
Once you have gotten logged on, you should be placed on the SA Mobile Desktop. If you are not, please try again. Important, if you need to try logging on again, you will need to delete all of your account number, and your pin number from the two edit boxes. The easiest way to do this is to make sure that you are at the end of each line by tapping end on the six pack, then repeatedly tapping the back space key until all of the numbers are gone. Note that when you do this in the pin number edit box, you will not hear the actual digits of your pin number, rather you will hear asterisk. This is a security measure put in place to prevent others from hearing your pin number. Just tap back space until you no longer hear Star, then retype in your pin number.
Once you're on the SA Mobile Desktop, the system will automatically read your choices. Or you can move around the desktop using your arrow keys, your tab key and shift-tab. When you hear the item you want, tap enter. When you move to an item with the keyboard, you must tap enter to finalize your choice. To read a page, press control+down arrow. To stop reading a page, just tap the control key. You can always resume reading by issuing another read command. When you are finished using the SA Mobile Network, just tap escape. You may need to do this one, or more times. Eventually, you will be asked if you really want to stop using the SA Mobile Network, just move to yes, and then tap enter. Now go have fun, but don't forget to come back, and read the rest of the help documentation so you will know about all of the exciting ways, you can use the SA Mobile Network!
