System Access features a full-screen magnifier which can enlarge the contents of the screen by a factor from 1.25x to 6x. The magnifier tracks the mouse or the focus, whichever moved most recently.
Note that we don't recommend that you use the magnifier on a machine with less than 128 MB of video RAM. For best results, we suggest Windows Vista with Windows Aero enabled.
Magnification Preferences
You can get to the screen magnification preferences from both the System Access menu and the preferences section of the SA Mobile Network browser.
The magnify the screen check box turns on screen magnification if it is checked. Un checking this check box will turn the magnification feature off.
The larger button increases the power of the magnification, while the smaller button decreases the power of the magnification.
The invert colors in the magnified image check box will flip the colors. So if you normally have a white background and black text, checking this option will give you the reverse, a black background, and white text.
Magnification Keyboard Commands
The following keyboard commands control magnification:
- Modifier+Num Pad Plus: Increase the magnification factor.
- Modifier+Num Pad Minus: Decrease the magnification factor.
